Come to Wildacres Nature Reserve, Honey Farm and Biodiversity experience and learn about how you can enhance your wellness guided by Gilly (Nutrition and Health Coach), in the beautiful, relaxing, friendly environment of this wildlife sanctuary.
If you’d like to explore how you can maximise your wellness for your benefit and that of your loved ones, then this workshop is for you. We discuss nutrition, exercise, sleep, relationships, gratitude, sustainability, our connection with nature and lots more…
The workshop covers the broad range of elements which contribute to a happy and healthy lifestyle.
While we won’t be deep diving into any one topic in particular, you will go away with a toolbox of ideas – its about getting a variety of things going well as opposed to one or two things running perfectly! As we all know there’s no such thing as Perfect!!
We encourage sharing of ideas and stories in a supportive and fun environment. But if that’s not your thing and you prefer to just listen to the group that’s ok too.

Pilates and Personal Training
Gilly enjoys empowering people to reach their health and fitness goals in a fun and vibrant way, helping her clients become stronger, fitter, more flexible and toned. She is a UCD Qualified and Experienced Level 4 Personal Trainer and Advanced Pilates Instructor as well as a Nutrition and Health Coach (BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma from the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health).
Gilly’s Pilates & PT Course held at the Ski Club of Ireland, Kilternan, Co, Dublin is currently full for in-person attendance but there is some limited availability for zoom attendance for those who have Pilates and strength training experience. Please enquire through the Contact Us form here
