Event Cancellations

If we need to cancel an event for any reason, we will notify you in writing as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered if no suitable alternative arrangement is found.

Please note events go ahead unless in the case of extreme weather conditions, if minimum number of participants have not been met or in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

All bookings are transferable with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

A credit in the form of a Wildacres gift voucher may be facilitated should you need to cancel or cannot attend, with the required 72 hours’ notice.

Refunds may be facilitated outside these terms on medical grounds, a valid medical certificate is required, and a written request must be forwarded to Wildacres at These refunds will be made to the debit/credit card used on purchase.

Your Order Cancellation Rights (Goods)

When purchasing goods online you are entitled to cancel your Order within 14 days without giving any
reason for doing so. This does not apply to events. Please see our Cancellation Policy relating to events

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on
which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

If you wish to cancel an order you will need to inform in writing by email to:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will
use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such
reimbursement. The cost and risk of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the Goods are unused and in the
original packaging

Please note that we cannot accept returns of honey or Gift Packs that contain honey, as honey is a food

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend
an insured and trackable postal service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the
Goods or proof of received return delivery.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves
to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
